Meet the team at Juice:

Matt Cleve

Learning & Development Director

Mobile: +44 (0) 7771 747 476

Matt is responsible for the design of the learning journey for Juice programmes. Working in close consultation with our clients, their employees and often their customers, Matt develops a keen understanding of the organisation’s business needs and the training and development that will bring increased success.

Matt and the Juice team then collaborate to translate the Training Needs Analysis into an engaging and innovative programme specifically tailored to fit with the organisation’s working patterns and the different learning styles of its people.

Matt is often found in far-flung parts of the country delivering live training events or running conferences, something he’s been doing for over ten years and still enjoys hugely… “more than anything it’s the huge variety of people I get to work with that I love about the job. No two events are the same, and seeing people develop and learn is a huge thrill.”

Away from the office, Matt loves cooking and traveling, which is handy for his wife as it means she gets to stay out of the kitchen and doesn’t have to plan holidays. He loves to fascinate/bore (delete as applicable) his friends with his enthusiasm for fine wine and someday hopes to run a small vineyard somewhere warm and close to the ocean… Cleethorpes then!
