Forterra

Our work with Forterra encompasses the following:

• Focus groups with a cross section of staff to gain valuable insight into the existing culture
• Design & development of a safety Matrix to be rolled out within the sessions
• Production of 3 separate mini films which were filmed on site. These 3 mini films will then be used within bespoke sessions created by Juice to address real challenges faced on site in terms of safety.
• National roll out of sessions by our Juice Facilitators to all Forterra staff, across 18 sites over a 3 month period.
