Leading by Example

We were delighted to design & deliver a series of bespoke supervisor sessions for our old friends at Kier Highways. Geared around reinforcing their safety culture our fabulous facilitator Scott and his terrific team of actors led interactive & engaging sessions. Featuring many real life case studies, the workshops were focused on the daily challenges the teams face and most importantly what they can do to lead by example and achieve safety excellence.
